   Whether you got here on a Harley or a Mustang I know by the time you leave you are going to be turbo-charged and ready to take your stores to the next level of service, the next level of speed,

    Well it may sound new because this division was created just one year ago to

    Provide support for restaurant openings

    Take care of Training

    And test new equipment, new products and new and better ways of doing things in Popeyes restaurants.

   

    As you race toward your goals in 2007 we’ve got the pit crew ready to keep you geared up and running smoothly.  Here are three target areas Ops Services has mapped out to get you to the winners circle:

   

    First, we want to Drive Field Level Knowledge, Skills, and Execution. 

    Second, Rev up Service with greater Speed, zooming in on Hospitality and Accuracy. 

    And third, Fast Track Resources to you Through Field Based Management Training. 

   

       

    Okay – how are we going to improve Speed of Service in ‘07?  Put your helmets on – here we go:

    I’m reminded what Charles Schulz, the cartoonist who created Charlie Brown, said:  Life is like a ten-speed bicycle. Most of us have gears we never use. Well at Ops Services we are energized, ready to help you get your new goals and some new gears in motion!  Popeye’s has great food, and a great brand, now let’s get some speed on and get great results!

  

   You’ve probably heard of a woman who started her business with $5,000 and one store and ended up with a $1.2 billion dollar empire and over a million salespeople in 32 countries.  That’s my kind of inspiration, what about you?  This ultra successful entrepreneur said:  The speed of the leader is the speed of the gang.  Her name was Mary Kay Ash and you know her too as the woman who gave out pink Cadillacs to her top beauty products sellers.

   

   The speed of the leader is the speed of the gang.  Okay, I’ve got my helmet (sfx engines revving) I hope you’ll zoom ahead with us in 2007 to separate Popeye’s out from the pack and leave some of those other brands in the dust!  Thank you very much!  Let’s get moving!
